What is required to book FireFlyz?
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking. This will go towards your final payment that will be due two weeks prior to your event.
What is FireFlyz cancellation policy?
We cannot accommodate a refund after a 48hr wait period from booking. We understand there are circumstances that come up. In this event, we will absolutely transfer your retainer to another date within 12 months of booking. However, this is not available after final payment. In the event we reschedule your event, there will be a sub-contract including date change, and a fee may be assessed.
What is the rain policy?
As previously mentioned, we will not refund on date of event. In the event of rain, we will be more than happy to work with the venue for tent use, at your cost. Otherwise, our bar will most often accommodate inside spaces.
Does FireFlyz provide alcohol needed?
Unfortunately no. Due to NC laws we legally cannot buy or supply any alcohol for your event. However, this usually helps out your budget, and gives freedom to purchase specific spirits you love.
How do I know how much to buy?
We've got you covered! After booking, we will provide the alcohol calculation in an invoice for you to reference.
Can I rent your bar for my own event?
Yes! We will rent out the bar itself for your personal event. This will be provided at a calculated rental fee, depending on what you need included. Keep in mind, we will always prioritize full service inquiries.
How far does FireFlyz travel?
We love seeing new places! We include travel to and from within a 50 mile radius from our zip code, 28001. Any miles over that will be subject to a travel fee.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We carry general/liquor liability insurance, as well as being RASP certified.
